  • As the Dream Club loyalty program evolved, stakeholders raised concerns about clearly communicating the benefits of each loyalty tier and the number of points customers would receive during Double Points promotions.

    • Created wireframes in Figma to define the dynamic content requirements for each loyalty tier and the benefits to communicate for each tier

    • Collaborated with graphic designers and copywriters to finalise email design and messaging

    • Built and implemented dynamic content in Klaviyo using Django templating

    • Conducted seed testing across different loyalty tiers to ensure personalised content rendered accurately

    • Calculated tier-based points for the Double Creds promotion and populated values dynamically within the email

    • Delivered a highly personalised email that surfaced benefits tailored to each customer’s loyalty tier
