I’m a CRM and Email Specialist with nearly a decade of experience across marketing, email, and customer experience. I hold a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from Macquarie University and have built my career specialising in email development, dynamic content, and data-driven, personalised communications — with a genuine love for the technical side, including coding.

Outside of CRM, I’m passionate about design and creative problem-solving. I’ve completed short courses in User Experience Design and a Diploma of Fashion Business, which has shaped how I approach CRM beyond email — considering the whole customer journey, product quality, and long-term retention.
