Customers wanted a simpler way to purchase a complete bed set — including fitted sheets, flat sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases — in one bundle.

They also wanted to better visualise how different combinations would look together and within their own bedroom, before committing to a purchase.

• Conducted user research and usability testing to identify friction points in the Sheridan shopping experience

• Designed and iterated wireframes for a “Build Your Own Bed Set” app concept, informed by user insights and testing feedback

• Developed final app screens, including copy and visual direction, to communicate the concept clearly to stakeholders

• Presented a user-centred app concept to key stakeholders, highlighting the need for bed set bundling — a feature later introduced on the Sheridan website
